Heavily reduced value buy conveniently located.
Save time on commuting, located within minutes from the Roe and Tonkin Highways and Abernethy Road, and approx 6 minutes of the airport.
The current owner has now retired and moved to the country so no longer needs these conveniences but was very happy with the shorter drives home after night shifts. If you are relying on catching a bus, the nearest stop is less than a minutes walk from the house.
Its a compact design with two living areas, the separate living area with double door entrance makes a private lounge area but is quite versatile and could be used as an extra bedroom. The minor bedrooms are not fitted out with robes but there are 3bedrooms plus the master, some clever furnishings will maximise the areas.
There is a good size garden area and patio out back for entertaining.
Quite suitable for a couple or small family, anyone really looking for affordability and convenience.
NBN ready, fibre to the node.

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
