Seaside Serenity

Fully renovated recently and boasting a stunning elevated position that currently benefits from a breath taking sea vista down the coastline - and even captures a spectacular snapshot of our famous Rottnest Island at the same time, this delightful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is securely nestled in the middle of an established group of only four properties and leaves plenty of future potential to build up another storey, as extensions have been approved for the other units in the group already (STCA).

Carpeted for comfort, a massive front lounge room welcomes you inside and sits adjacent to an open kitchen and dining area where timber floors meet sleek white cabinetry, stylish black door/drawer handles and tapware, feature subway-tile splashbacks, an integrated stainless-steel range hood and new Westinghouse electric-cooktop and oven appliances. At the rear, a private courtyard and pergola entertaining area allows you to absorb the sea breezes while you are taking in the best slice of the view - and even magical sunsets from time to time - all accessible via the adjacent dining space.

Down-size without compromise and take full advantage of this rare North Beach opportunity, only walking distance away from the glorious surf and sand itself, the majestic "Class A" Star Swamp Bushland Reserve, North Beach Plaza Shopping Centre, North Beach Primary School, cafes, restaurants, sporting facilities, bus stops and so much more. North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
