This beautifully renovated villa is an absolute must see. A great bonus is that the property is pet friendly!
Upon entering you're welcomed by a spacious open-plan dining and lounge area with lovely bay-window. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and is finished to the highest of levels. Featuring a high quality textured wave-tile splashback, 900mm wide appliances and stylish gold tapware, a designer kitchen of this level of finish is rarely found at this pricepoint. The laundry is next to the kitchen and leads out onto the covered rear porch area with decking and storage shed.
The two bedrooms are both great sizes and located in their own wing, both with built-in-robes. Situated between the bedrooms is a bathroom that is to die for! The bathroom has an amazing timber vanity, gold tapware that contrasts with the jade feature tiles, glass block wall to the shower and gold shower-head and fittings.
Located on the Inglewood side of Maylands, extremely close to the Maylands cafe strip, train station and only moments from Beaufort Street and the CBD - you really couldn't ask for a more convenient location to call home.
Fully renovated villas are hard to come by, especially to this standard.
Make sure to attend our home opens this weekend, we expect strong interest and don't expect this fabulous home to last long on the market.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
