Village Sweetheart (No age restrictions)
It doesn't get much closer to the village than this! Beautifully elevated and set back off the road, it is with sheer delight that we present to you this 'Village Sweetheart'. Poised in one of Kalamunda's most central and convenient locations this is the perfect opportunity for empty nesters, retirees or single people of any age to enjoy the lifestyle of our bustling and vibrant village only a short stroll away.
Although this stand-alone villa maybe sweet it's surprisingly spacious boasting 123m2 footprint of living and a larger than normal 325m2 lot size. Its unique and friendly strata design has also allowed for generous driveway access and wide spanning vehicle turning room, unlike the unit developments you see being built today.
Featuring beyond the norm with two separate living areas, all bedrooms have built in robes, large courtyard with dome patio, two dedicated car spaces (including single carport) and adorable cottage window shutters that just add the cherry on the cake to this special value packed villa.

Significant development of Kalamunda did not begin until the post-war years, with accelerated growth experienced through to the 1970s. The population has remained relatively stable since the mid 1990s.
Kalamunda provides residents with a lifestyle removed from over urbanisation with an array of parks and reserves dominating the suburb. A highlight is the Kalamunda Water Park, which is an enjoyable tourist attraction of the area. Kalamunda's town centre features a number of shopping centres as well as medical facilities like the Kalamunda Hospital Campus. The local schools in the suburb are Kalamunda Primary School, Kalamunda Senior High School and Kalamunda Christian School.
