Nestled in a tranquil street that is just around the corner from the lovely Pioneer Park and within footsteps of Juniper Reserve’s fantastic family playground, this solid 3 bedroom 1 bathroom brick-and-tile residence makes for a wonderful first home or an astute investment property in a serene, yet convenient, location.
Carpeted for comfort is a welcoming front lounge room with split-system air-conditioning, connected to a combined dining and kitchen area where low-maintenance flooring (as well as more carpet within the dining space alone) meets built-in storage and an electric-upright cooker. A large master is the pick of the sleeping quarters with its own built-in wardrobes and split-system air-conditioning unit, whilst the practical bathroom is brilliant in its simplicity and features an original Roman shower/bath.
Overlooked by a fabulous alfresco-style entertaining patio off the kitchen, the spacious backyard is somewhat of a “blank canvas” and leaves plenty of room for a future swimming pool and more, if you are that way inclined. Finally, the budding tradesman of the house will be left absolutely salivating at the prospect of side access and a massive workshop shed at the rear. The possibilities really are endless in that regard.
Stroll to Woodlupine Primary School, bus stops and more lush local parklands, whilst indulging in a very close proximity to Dawson Park Primary School, Forrestfield Shopping Centre, medical facilities, restaurants, the stunning Hartfield Park community sporting complex and Hartfield Golf Course. Major arterial roads, spectacular National Parks and the soon-to-be-completed Forrestfield-Airport link are also nearby, making this perfect position all the more enviable. What a find!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
