Neighbouring picturesque Mindarie Marina waters amidst other quality executive properties, this spectacular 4 bedroom 2 bathroom two-storey residence truly is a cut above the rest of them – offering its own deck, jetty access and a high calibre of contemporary living that exceeds all expectations.
An expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area dominates the ground level and can be shut off from the foyer for privacy, by double doors. A huge walk-in pantry, an island breakfast bar, sleek bench tops, double sinks, a filter tap, a stainless-steel Miele range hood, a ceramic/electric cooktop, a semi-integrated dishwasher and integrated Miele oven and coffee-machine appliances are complemented by seamless bi-fold and double-door access out to a sublime outdoor meals and sitting area that doubles as an amazing alfresco and “vergola” entertaining space – a virtual second living zone, where sensual sea breezes can be absorbed. Separate double doors allow the internal dining zone to flow out to the terrace, deck and jetty – overlooking the water – for good measure.
Also downstairs are an elevator – for easy access to the upper level, a powder room and a functional laundry with ample storage options. The secure double lock-up garage benefits from internal shopper’s entry, as well as a massive storeroom.
Upstairs, a spacious master-bedroom suite has its own private balcony (with mesmerising water views) beyond double doors, alongside a huge double-door walk-in wardrobe and a sumptuous ensuite bathroom with a shower, separate bubbling spa bath, separate toilet and twin “his and hers” stone-vanity basins. The generous second bedroom flows out to the main upper-level balcony via double doors, with a large third bedroom – with a built-in double-door robe – also extending to the airy L-shaped balcony.
The fourth bedroom can easily be converted into either a study or home office, if need be. Completing the picture is a separate toilet, adjacent to a stylish fully-tiled main bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub and twin-vanity basins to help reduce traffic at family peak-hour.
A leisurely stroll to magnificent restaurants, the local brewery and a hive of waterside activity is complemented by living so very close to plethora of picturesque local parklands, beautiful Clayton’s Beach, cafes, further eateries, entertainment and the boat pens at the Marina, with other glorious swimming beaches, Mindarie Primary School, Mindarie Senior College, Peter Moyes Anglican Community School and Quinns Baptist College all just a few minutes from your front door in their own right. Also nearby are exceptional community sporting facilities, shopping at the outstanding Ocean Keys precinct, bus stops, Clarkson Train Station and even the freeway. Sometimes, only the best will do!

Track propertyMindarie is an outer coastal suburb of Perth and forms part of the City of Wannerroo. The suburb was named after Lake Mindarie in nearby Carabooda and is a Noongar word meaning either "stand by" or "green water", first recorded by Alexander Forrest in 1874. After being briefly used for its limestone deposits in the early 20th century, the suburb was formally established in 1988 with the construction of the Mindarie Marina and hotel, one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state.
While Mindarie is mostly a residential suburb, it does have a fairly large amount of infrastructure and amenities with two minor shopping precincts. The suburb's coastline is taken up by the Mindarie Marina which is a popular tourist destination. Along the boardwalk, the marina contains a three-storey hotel, two restaurants, a microbrewery, a pub and cafe. There is also a primary school, Mindarie Primary School and a secondary school, Mindarie Secondary School, in the area.
