Unrivalled Coastal class.

What we love
The breathtaking ocean views up to Hillarys Marina and mesmerising evening sunsets that are set to capture your imagination beyond this summer. The custom quality that pervades this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom two-storey home should not be underestimated either, nor should its prime position that allows you to walk straight down to the beach and the iconic local swimming hole that is Mettams Pool. Upstairs, a huge timber-lined alfresco-entertaining balcony with an outdoor Teppanyaki grill, bar and sliding-stacker servery windows into the kitchen will be the envy of your guests as they take in the most picturesque of coastal backdrops.

It can all be seamlessly accessed from an expansive open-plan family, dining and kitchen area with soaring high raked ceilings, sparkling stone bench tops, double sinks, high-end tap fittings, sleek white cabinetry, endless storage options, an appliance nook, a range hood, gas cooktop, under-bench oven, a dishwasher and a floating island breakfast bar for casual meals. Sitting adjacent is a carpeted theatre room with a projector on the wall and folding doors that double as a flawless extension of the main living space. Downstairs, another lined alfresco deck splendidly overlooks the shimmering resort-style swimming pool in all of its glory. Also on the ground floor is a massive carpeted games/living room with gorgeous double French doors, split-system air-conditioning and the most sublime of built-in stone bars with bi-fold servery windows out to the pool.

What to know
The obvious pick of the bedrooms is a sumptuous upper-level master suite with a raked ceiling, a large “his and hers” walk-in wardrobe, laundry shoot and a deluxe open ensuite bathroom with a bubbling central spa, twin vanities, a huge shower, a separate toilet, heat lamps and more. The remaining three downstairs bedrooms have built-in robes, whilst a well-appointed and fully-tiled main family bathroom caters for everybody’s personal needs in the form of a rain shower and separate bathtub. The third and fourth bedrooms even enjoy direct poolside-alfresco access for good measure.

Extras include a double-door entrance, gleaming wooden floorboards, carpet to the bedrooms, under-stair storage, ducted air-conditioning, down lights, external alfresco/balcony ceiling fans, indoor and outdoor audio speakers, a double linen press in the laundry, three total upstairs (1) and downstairs (2) powder rooms, shadow-line ceiling cornices, skirting boards, easy-care gardens, a secure front yard, a dumbwaiter and a double lock-up garage with a side storage area, roller-door access to the rear and a handy internal shopper’s entry door. With public transport, cafes, restaurants, schools, lush local parks, pristine natural bushland and so much more within easy walking distance, this truly is a healthy coastal lifestyle like no other. Dream no more – this exquisite seaside home could very well be your reality!

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
