A SPACIOUS FAMILY HAVEN TO CHERISH FOREVER!

You can’t help but be impressed by just how light, bright and spacious this gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home actually is, nestled on a sprawling block that has something for absolutely everybody.

Inside, a central open-plan dining and renovated-kitchen area splits both generous main living spaces, with a study near the front of the house sitting adjacent to a commodious front master suite that is the obvious pick of the bedrooms. There is also an activity room for the kids, off the minor sleeping quarters.

Outdoors is where the action is though, with a pitched rear patio off the family room encouraging covered year-round entertaining between lush backyard lawns and a shimmering below-ground swimming pool – next to a paved poolside garden courtyard. A powered storage/workshop area off the remote-controlled double lock-up garage is simply an added bonus.

The sprawling Chichester Park and North Woodvale Primary School are both only a short walk away from your front door, with the freeway, the Whitfords and Edgewater Train Stations, picturesque bush and wetlands, Woodvale Secondary College, St Luke’s Catholic Primary School, Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre, the local library, The Woodvale Tavern, more shopping at Woodvale Shopping Centre, Lakeside Joondalup and Westfield Whitford City, Craigie Leisure Centre and gorgeous northern-suburbs’ beaches all within a very close proximity. A wonderful location – and the perfect base for your family’s future!
