This home with a difference comes with two living areas - an air conditioned family room with high ceilings, a brick bar and a unique multi purpose loft and also a formal lounge/dining with views. The dining area leads out to a sturdy, spacious front balcony with views over Australind and beyond. The kitchen is functional and also has views not enjoyed in traditional suburban living. Centrally located and close to schools and the Australind shopping centre. It may be cliche', but this home is truly priced to sell.
The secondary bedroom wing is located away from the main bedroom, with one of the rooms currently being used as a home office.
To the rear of the home is a second entertaining area, with minimal care gardens beyond, and a courtyard to the front of the home, giving three outside entertaining areas!! Take your pick!!
Another appealing benefit of this home is the double undercroft garage with room for three cars, or two cars and a boat/caravan, plus it has a built in, lock up workshop. This garage could easily be converted to a four car garage. Also, one of the roller doors has a battery back up facility, allowing you access if the power goes out.

The town of Australind is located on the shores of Leschenault Eastuary, 165 kilometres south of Perth and 12 kilometres northeast of Bunbury. In 1840 a company named the Western Australian Company was formed in England with the objective of purchasing lands in Western Australia and applying certain principles of colonisation and emigration as laid down by one of the Directors, Edward Gibbon Wakefield. The Company purchased 103,000 acres on Leschenault Inlet, and named the settlement proposed there "Australind", a combination of Australia and India.
Residents of Australind can enjoy all the attributes of living close to the coast, while being part of a connected community. Bunbury is only a short drive away however within the suburbs there is the Australind Village Shopping Centre, a 24/7 Spud Shed Store and the 18-hole Bunbury Golf Club. There are two high schools and six primary schools in the area.
