What we love
Hidden behind a private wall, a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of modern life awaits. Built in 1986 and lovingly refurbished, this 4 bed 2 bath home is a surprising gem that will attract families big and small. Light and airy with plenty of living spaces that freely flow from indoor to outdoor, with the highlight being a stunning inground pool and al fresco. This could be your forever family home.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen allows for family togetherness with the hub being the stunning kitchen. Stylish white cupboards, benchtops, tile splash back and breakfast bar are modern and sleek whilst spacious preparation and storage, double sink and quality appliances including dishwasher, wall oven, microwave, Convection hot plate and range hood provide great functionality.
The living areas lead out to a very impressive paved and covered alfresco with stunning features that include an inground pool surrounded by tropical plants and a domed roof pergola. This is truly a perfect outdoor space for families, entertainers or those seeking recreational down time. Low maintenance lawns and gardens will leave plenty of time to enjoy all that this home has to offer.
Four large bedrooms feature overhead ceiling fans and built-in robes. The master bedroom’s adjoining ensuite has been renovated with glossy white floor to ceiling tiles, double vanity and bath. The spacious main bathroom includes separate shower and large vanity. The laundry is very spacious and with plenty of upper and lower cupboard storage and outdoor access. Other inclusions are ducted air-conditioning and down lights throughout.
