Surprise! This is actually more than a 3x1, because there is secret cabin annexe built from the 3rd bedroom, which could be used as a separate sleepout or private studio or a very slick gaming room. That fact alone should make this a pretty exciting place to call home, but there are some extra bonus features here too.
Bonus feature 1) The corner block allows access to a garage from around the corner on Somerset Street.
Bonus Feature 2) The R25/40 zoning gives you tonnes of cool development options. It's potentially a 3 unit site, or a retain and build 2 unit site. Or if you want to go development crazy you might even be able to get approval to build a small 2 storey set of apartments here too!
And the location is super cool! You've got walkability to parks and shops, and a great golf club if you're into that sort of thing, and a skate park nearby too (just don't go skating with the golf clubs… trust me).
The gardens here are lovely, and although the internal walls could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, it's a very homely home with a nifty personality to go with it.
Quick Facts:
• 792sqm CORNER block
• Zoned R25/40
• 3 or 4 bedrooms (depending on how you count them)
• Side access to a garage
• Super special secret cabin annex!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
