Family Focus

Enjoying a tranquil location that is close to everything you could ever want or need, this terrific 4 bedroom 2 bathroom single-level home is in the perfect position for you and your loved ones to live a comfortable, contemporary lifestyle.

A spacious entry reveals a sunken and carpeted front lounge that is overlooked by the formal-dining room and its low-maintenance timber-look flooring. With those two separate zones either reserved for those special occasions or as a private adult wing that benefits from plenty of natural light, the open-plan family, meals and kitchen area – also graced by easy-care wood-look floors – has more of a casual feel through the middle of the floor plan and even leads into a separate games-come-theatre room that doubles as a wonderful surprise behind gorgeous French doors.

The kitchen itself is particularly impressive with its quality gloss bench tops, array of cupboard and storage space, walk-in pantry, double sinks, water-filter tap, tiled splashbacks, stainless-steel range hood, gas cooktop, separate oven/grill, dishwasher, microwave recess, pot drawers and breakfast bar for quick bites.

The pick of the sleeping quarters is a commodious master-bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a shower, toilet and vanity to its intimate ensuite bathroom. The three minor bedrooms are all large in size, have built-in robes of their own and are serviced by a practical main family bathroom where a shower and separate bathtub help cater for everybody’s personal needs.

The fabulous outdoor patio-entertaining deck down the side of the property can be accessed from the family room and spills out to a huge backyard with lush green lawn and heaps of room for a future swimming pool – if you are that way inclined.

Stroll leisurely down the road to the lovely Jan Hammond Reserve that doubles as the local dog park, other sprawling neighbourhood parks and reserves, Jandakot Primary School, bus stops and a series of picturesque lakes also within easy walking distance. Don’t forget about shopping at The Park Hive and Cockburn Gateway, with pubs, restaurants, both the Cockburn Central and Aubin Grove Train Stations, the freeway, the Cockburn Aquatic and Recreation Centre (ARC), Emmanuel Catholic College and so much more nestled only minutes away in their own right. Living here is as convenient as it gets!

Success overview

The suburb of Success is named after the ship commanded by Captain James Stirling when he visited and explored the Swan River in 1827. The name was approved for the suburb in 1973, although the boundaries have since been changed. In 1968 the PMG discussed the naming of the area with the Cockburn Shire Council who suggested "Omeo", apparently after a ship that went ashore at Coogee around the turn of the century. Investigation showed that this name was duplicated in Victoria and eventually, the name Success was proposed.
