GREAT VALUE, GREAT SPACE

A 4x2 on a huge 1115m2 with a shed, how is that for a good introduction! Sure it's a little dated, but nothing that can't be changed considering all the benefits straight up! 4 bedrooms with 4 built in robes, ducted evap air conditioning and even a wood fire to cover you from the seasonal changes.

The home is set back from the road which is a quiet cul-de-sac street so you have the privacy at the front which also means plenty of space to park whatever you have the luxury of owning! The electric door on the garage/shed means there is more secure options as well.

Rear patio, fruit trees to go with the well established trees adds to the ambience. This property offers so much, so if space is what you need and value is what you are after then this could be the one!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
