Massive Workshop 90 SQM (Approx)

WOW! What a package. A fantastic and beautifully renovated three-bedroom home with two bathrooms. There's a modern kitchen, big free-flowing living areas including a separate entry, lounge, dining and family room. It's only a stroll to the train and perfectly located too, plus it's move in ready!

This is an Oliver Hume home renowned for its great build quality, and although probably not known then, they have positioned the home perfectly to allow for future development (STCA). This is set on a generous 741sqm block Zoned R15/40 and has excellent side access. Big boat or caravan? No worries here. There's plenty of room for both.

But wait!! There is MORE. The workshop is spectacular and built in 2011, it's massive. Enough room for three cars plus workshop space, two high roller doors and a service access door. Plus, there is a single open-air garage under the main roof of the house as well.

This is a terrific home with development potential, a dream workshop and a red-hot price. I urge you to see it early or miss out.
