The MEGA Home

You need space, and so far, all the homes you've seen have either had tiny bedrooms, or not enough living area for the lifestyle your family needs. And then along came 18 Reynolds Road.

Built in 2015 this home is both modern and super comfortable. Not only are the 4 bedrooms well sized, but there is something like 4 or 5 different living areas (depending on how you count). This literally is a SUPER HOME.

Located in the Redgum Estate, which has been one of Forrestfield's premier locations for over a decade or more, the property is surrounded by other cool homes, though none quite as new as this one!

The kitchen forms the central hub of the home and is enormous! There are studies or games rooms or whatever you need really, the main point is SPACE and VERSATILTY. I'll say it once more - this is one huge house and for the price, we doubt you'll find a better buy right now is this super charged market.

It's time. Come and see this home ASAP with the Mitchell Brothers before someone else gets the same great idea.
We look forward to handing you the keys

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield
