This is a BIG DEAL!!

Is a big shed with side access on your must have list these days?
If so, this might be exactly the awesome property you've been waiting for, because not only is the secure gated access totally awesome, but the house is really cool too!

Originally a 4x1, this home has been upgraded to a 4x2 with a really clever laundry renovation, making it now the perfect family home in a very affordable price point.

There are two main living areas, and a patio overlooking some really lovely gardens which include Gorgeous established trees around the perimeter of the property, so you get the benefits of big trees - without them being in the way.

The powered shed is tucked away at the back but has a driveway from the road, past the gate and all the way to the roller door, so your vintage cars don't need to go off road on their way home.

And the really super cool feature of this property, my favourite in fact, is the unique master bedroom setup. The main room not only has a walk-through robe to the ensuite (which was ahead of it's time back when these homes were built) but it also has an access door to a little private garden courtyard for the parents to escape to.

Located on Pavetta Crescent, arguably one of the most convenient streets in Forrestfield for its easy access to Roe High Way and close proximity to Dawson Park Primary School, you will also be just about as close as you can get in Forrestfield to the new train station - almost complete as part of the Airport Link project.

To make things even more interesting, the R20/30 zoning also means you'll have some development options up your sleeve if you ever felt like doing a sub-division one day (obviously subject to relevant approvals).

Sounding cool? If you like the look of this property don't wait long. Get in touch with the Mitchell Brothers ASAP and we'll see you soon

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
