A True Family Home

Sensational, amazing, jaw dropping, these are just a few words that describe this exquisite family home.

Every detail about this home has been thought about. The garage is extra-large measuring 8m wide and 6m deep, plus you have roller door access through to the back garden. If you have a 4wd then you shouldn’t have to worry about fitting it in the garage due to the extra height.

As you walk into the home and onto the solid wood flooring you are overwhelmed with that lovely homely feel that is just so important, and this is helped by the warm colours throughout the home.

This home was built for a family and it shows, all the bedrooms have either built in or walk in robe’s. There are two living areas plus another space which can be used as a home office or if you wanted another living area. Since this is a family home the security is as good as it gets, with security mesh, an alarm system with the choice to alarm both internally and externally and shatter proof film on the windows.

To feed a family you need a family sized kitchen, and WOW this kitchen is a Chef’s dream! With 40 mm stone bench tops, fully kitted out with dual in wall NEF ovens, NEF induction cooktop, a Falmec range hood that features an external vent and remote motor so it is whisper quiet and super strong.

The home is smart wired which increases your download speeds, makes it more energy efficient and whether your streaming, gaming, downloading or working your internet will be able to keep up leaving your WI-FI free for your portable devices.

Coming into Summer I am sure entertaining is on your mind. You have the stunning alfresco area with a pitched ceiling and down lights, plus another annex which is fitted out with your built in BBQ and would be great as a man cave or another space to play and entertain during the winter months.

Myaree overview

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.

Life in Myaree

Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
