A TRULY BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE HOME

This is just the cutest cottage! With all the character and charm of yesteryear in the home and with all the joys of modern espresso extraction techniques just around the corner… It's the best of both worlds and all times!

This is a beautifully restored home, offering two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a wonderfully inviting atmosphere that kind of has that vibe that you'll need to turn off the wireless because someone's stopping by for a cup of tea any minute now… It's got all kinds of 1930s feels going on here. The living space is lovely, and the high ceilings are delightful. The kitchen has plenty of work space and incorporates the meals area too. Outside the cottage gardens are right on point for creating that charming appeal that matches the home.

WHERE IT IS
Superbly located between a school and a town centre, near the bus stop and an easy walk to the train station. It's close to convenience stores, awesome riverside parklands and more!
