The home everybody will want.

Ladies and Gentlemen I am proud to present to the market 17A Hayward Street, Myaree.

Built just over 4 years ago by APG in a fantastic pocket of Myaree opposite a well shaded park this home is basically everything a modern day family wants and needs. As you walk in the front door your excitement will build immensely. The first room you come across is the lush and cozy master suite, with a super sized walk in robe (time to go shopping) and a en-suite with dual vanities and plenty of under counter storage.

As you walk through into the main living area the design is just perfect! The kitchen comes with stone bench tops providing tonnes of space to cook, prep and put the shopping on. One of the great things about this home is the way the open plan living dining and kitchen area has been designed, you don't have rooms off to the side but one after the other making for a great flowing space and great for entertaining.

As you walk out into the back garden you will jump for joy. The Alfresco has been cleverly designed to be on the north side of the block so that you get as much son as possible, and when the sun gets too much, you can just jump in the pool to cool back down. The artificial lawn makes for easy keeping as well.

Upstairs is a dream, at the top of the stairs there is another living area which is accompanied by its own kitchenette, the remaining three double bedrooms are all upstairs as well plus there is extra storage.

This home really does tick all the boxes so put it on your list and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Myaree overview

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.

Life in Myaree

Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
