I asked the owners what attracted them to 17 Moran Court and this is what they had to say.

Prior to buying our property in Wanneroo, we had lived in Singapore with our children. it was a noisy, bustling city with a fast paced lifestyle.
We purchased 17 Moran Court in Wanneroo in 1994 because we wanted to give our children the quality of life that only country living affords while still being in striking distance of the city. At the time we moved into our house our children were 1,3 & 5 years old.
As our children grew up, we watched them embrace this lifestyle. Our children were free to be children, exploring nature, building cubby & tree houses and riding quad bikes around the block. They would come home from school and swim in the pool, they were all great swimmers.
For us the lifestyle provided by 17 Moran Ct is one of peace. We wake up to the sound of birds-our gum trees attract black cockatoos, our mulberry tree is full of 28's and other small parrots, kookaburras nest in the gum tree above the back pond.
We sit outside in the mornings and watch the birds carry out their daily activities, oblivious to the fact that we are there.
In the winter evenings we sometimes light a small fire and camp out in our own back yard. It really is magic.
I love cooking, the kitchen at 17 Moran Ct Wanneroo has facilitated the cooking of many a birthday cake, gingerbread house and family Christmas dinner. As the children aged, we had so much fun making new creations. Our daughter and her friends would come up with all sorts of concoctions which we ate with gusto.
On a practical note the size of the living areas and the number of bedrooms gave us the room that we needed as a family of 5. We built a carport and workshop to house the 4 cars and allow us to work from home, a necessity in this day and age. There is also an additional garage / shed which allows for loads of storage. It's now time for us to move on.
