UNDER OFFER -Ultimately Awesome!

There's no denying that when you list all the features this home has to offer, it trumps most of the other properties on the market right now.

Back in 1969 (possibly in the summer), this home was originally built as a 3x1 and that was about it. But over the years the property has steadily evolved into a totally rad, 3 bedroom plus study, 2 bathroom home which now also includes:

• Over 60sqm of powered workshop PLUS mezzanine
• Above ground pool
• Timber decking and patio chill zone
• Multiple living areas
• Study
• EPIC gardens
• Dual driveway
• Side access
• Massive rainwater tank

The central kitchen has tonnes of storage and some good bench space, and overlooks the rear lounge room and beyond to the backyard entertaining are - which is one hell of a venue for your house warming party!

The house essentially has 2 master bedrooms now too. The original 1969 master bedroom at the front of the home, and the new master bedroom which has its own ensuite!

Meanwhile the surrounding area has also been evolving, and the now enriched neighbourhood includes parks, shops, doctors, school, childcare a golf course and more!

And there were more changes! the zoning was upgraded to R25/40 making it a triplex development site too, or a great retain and build project!

That said, one of the biggest and best features here, in my opinion, is the massive workshop, which not only includes a mezzanine for extra storage, but also a winch for yoinking things up (including salesmen, I recently discovered)

This is, ultimately awesome, and sure to be snapped up soon, so without further ado, it's time to call The Mitchell Brothers

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
