Built in 1986, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has brick walls, a tin roof and a wood pole verandah surrounding the whole home.
Located in the newer part of Kalbarri, it is close to the local school and shops. This home lends itself to be a great starter property and with a few renos to update the home you could have yourself a bargain.
The semi open plan lounge/dining/kitchen has its own air conditioner and is tiled throughout with plenty of room for the family.
The kitchen has plenty of cupboards, a walk in pantry and window overlooking the backyard.
All 3 bedrooms have 3 door built in robes, carpet and 2 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The laundry has it own room with separate toilet, easy care gardens and a whopping 9 x 7 powered shed with access from the front through the high carport for vehicles and toys which still leaves enough working space around the property.

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.
The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
