• 'Moolawell' & 'Rennies' is located at east Pintharuka, approximately 17km northeast of Morawa, 77km from Mingenew and 180km from Geraldton port.

• This highly efficient cropping property consists of 1987 arable hectares and is subdivided into 17 paddocks ranging from 32ha to 443ha.

• The property has frontage to the bituminised Morawa Yalgoo Road and Fitzgerald Road, allowing ease of access for grain haulage and farm machinery.

• Approximately 60% of the property is red sandy loam, granite derived loam & sandy loam and gravel loam, with the balance being medium textured red loam and clay loam soils.

• Cropping infrastructure includes 220t grain storage in 5 silos, 1 x 43,000L liquid fertiliser tank and a 150t fertiliser shed (with some repairs required).

• The main spray fill point contains a 120kl steel water tank and windmill equipped bore. This is complemented by 2 x solar submersible bores linked to poly tanks near the mains sheds.
