Up above the Coast so high.

What we love
Is the stunning R40 zoning and development potential associated with this massive 919sqm (approx.) seaside block – boasting breathtaking panoramic ocean views whilst possessing one of the most elevated positions on not just West Coast Drive, but our entire Western Australian coastline. Build your dream family home here or subdivide and prosper either way, you may not get another opportunity quite like this one. Best of all, there is so much space for you to do as you please – with balconies, multiple living zones and so much more to look forward to here.

Stroll to the North Beach Jetty, cycle to The Little Bay up the coast or hop in the car for a short drive up to everything that the magnificent Hillarys Boat Harbour has to offer. A close proximity to the majestic “Class A” Star Swamp Bushland Reserve is complemented by sprawling Charles Riley Memorial Reserve playing fields, the local swimming icons that are both Hamersley and Mettams Pools, North Beach Primary School, restaurants, North Beach Plaza Shopping Centre and the vibrant Flora Terrace food and coffee strip all being within a very handy radius. Also nearby are public and private golf courses, Trigg Point, new-look Scarborough Beach, the exciting Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, other outstanding educational facilities, public transport and the freeway, ensuring coastal convenience for all involved. What a spot!

What to know
The existing 4 bedroom 2 bathroom circa-1970s residence is as solid as they come and provides you with a spectacular snapshot of what exactly can be achieved from this awe-inspiring location, with indoor-outdoor living and entertaining coming to the fore. A picture-postcard panorama will more-or-less remain the same, no matter what your plans are here. As for everything else, well that’s up for your imagination to decide.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
