Surrounded by the quality suburbs of Mount Hawthorn and Yokine there's a warmth and security in this home which has nothing to do with the electronic gates across the meticulously maintained driveway.

The central residence of three executive homes, this quiet and spacious home includes a wealth of creature comforts: each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite or semi-ensuite, as well as a walk-in robe and plenty of powerpoints. The master bedroom has its own balcony with beautiful views, as well as a luxuriously deep three-corner spa bath, neighbouring shower with hand-held showerhead, twin sinks and cabinet, toilet and separate bidet. Backed by an energy-efficient Rheem Stellar water heater, you can be relaxed and confident at the same time.

Every bench and countertop in the home has been flawlessly maintained, and the kitchen is in the same condition as the day it was finished. An array of cupboards and drawers line three sides, with plenty of space for extra hands in the kitchen. The fourth wall reveals a walk-in pantry beside a discreet fridge nook and overhead solid wine rack, making it easy to reach for your favourite drop. Oven, dishwasher and gas cooktop with a wok burner are primed and ready for use.

There's also an upstairs theatre/games room/home office with Foxtel point and kitchenette, a dual-car garage with storage downstairs, and terracotta-tiled alfresco with LED lighting and a flourishing lemon tree. If a simple outdoor area isn't your cup of tea, there's the Joondalup Community Food Garden on the next block, or the wide oval and play equipment of Joondanna Reserve only 5 minutes' walk away. In less than ten minutes, you'll find Grenville Reserve, the Stirling Community Centre and Tuart Hill Community Kindy. After your stroll, you can turn on the multi-zoned Fujitsu reverse cycle air conditioner and enjoy the rest of your day. It's also a short drive to Tuart College, Tuart Hill High School, local shops, or the heart of Osborne Park, Mitchell Freeway and Glendalough train station.

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
