Larger Than Most!

Enjoy the tucked-away, yet leisurely, location of this stunning 5 bedroom 4 bathroom two-storey home, enviably nestled just footsteps away from beautiful Mindarie Beach and the magic of the Mindarie Marina - and allowing you to fully soak up the sun and overall relaxed lifestyle that this magnificent coastal suburb has to offer.

Beyond a gated courtyard entrance, you are greeted by a sweeping staircase with an amazing void and plenty of natural light. The fifth or "guest" bedroom suite also takes it place on the ground floor and behind the privacy of double doors. It plays host to a walk-in wardrobe, enjoys splendid ocean views and features a fully-tiled and modern semi-ensuite/third bathroom with a large rain shower, a stone vanity and a toilet.

Gorgeous double French doors reveal a spacious open-plan family, dining and kitchen area where most of your casual time will be spent - and where a gas bayonet, integrated audio speakers and a breakfast bar meet sleek stone bench tops, tiled splashbacks, double sinks, a St George stainless-steel range hood, a five-burner gas cooktop of the same brand, an Ilve oven and a stylish white Bosch dishwasher. The side garden can be accessed from here, as can a tranquil rear alfresco-entertaining deck - timber-lined ceiling, gas bayonet for barbecues, stone kitchenette, power points, sink, storage, outdoor audio speakers, café blinds (for full enclosure) and all. Also on the ground floor is a fully-tiled fourth bathroom off the laundry - complete with a generous rain shower, a toilet and stone vanity.

Upstairs, a light-filled landing/retreat with a soaring high void ceiling is carpeted for comfort and allows you to sit back, unwind and absorb an amazing sea vista, followed by a spectacular sunset in the evening. The delightful front balcony off here even benefits from ocean views in both directions, just for something extra.

Folding doors lead into a carpeted theatre room that can easily be converted into a sixth bedroom or home office - depending on your personal needs - and has four picture recesses for you to add your own artistic touches. The obvious pick of the bedrooms on the top floor is a massive master suite with double doors for peace and quiet, a sublime seascape to wake up to, integrated audio speakers, Foxtel connectivity, a walk-in robe and a spacious fully-tiled ensuite bathroom - impressively-equipped with a bubbling spa bath, a double shower, twin "his and hers" stone vanities and a separate fully-tiled toilet for good measure.

Cafes, restaurants and romantic walks down by the picturesque Marina waters are just minutes from your front doorstep. And the likes of schools, shopping, lush local parklands, public transport and the freeway are also nearby and very much within arm's reach.

If you have been promising yourself a dream property in a dream location, then this is it!

Mindarie overview

Mindarie is an outer coastal suburb of Perth and forms part of the City of Wannerroo. The suburb was named after Lake Mindarie in nearby Carabooda and is a Noongar word meaning either "stand by" or "green water", first recorded by Alexander Forrest in 1874. After being briefly used for its limestone deposits in the early 20th century, the suburb was formally established in 1988 with the construction of the Mindarie Marina and hotel, one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state.

Life in Mindarie

While Mindarie is mostly a residential suburb, it does have a fairly large amount of infrastructure and amenities with two minor shopping precincts. The suburb's coastline is taken up by the Mindarie Marina which is a popular tourist destination. Along the boardwalk, the marina contains a three-storey hotel, two restaurants, a microbrewery, a pub and cafe. There is also a primary school, Mindarie Primary School and a secondary school, Mindarie Secondary School, in the area.
