Nestled away in one of Maida Vale's most sought after areas 'The Golden Triangle' awaits this stunning and stylish residential sanctuary. A rare offering with not just the new age swanky and contemporary renovations throughout but also the unusually large block boasting well over a quarter of an acre of absolute backyard bliss.
But let's first start with the extensive and fastidious makeover this home has undergone over the last few years, transforming this 1970's classic into a deluxe display home of today. Leaving absolutely no remnants of a burnt orange 70's bygone era behind, its rebirth has created a timeless and contemporary masterpiece investing heavily in all the big ticket items like kitchen and bathrooms and then adding the icing on the cake with all those lux trimmings of new flooring, window treatments, air-conditioning and LED lighting plus so much more....
If the interior excites you then you'll love the sprawling and meticulous nature this super sized 1118m2 block has to offer. There's literally nothing left to do whether you're an entertainer, a workshop warrior, green thumb junkie or a family who has been yearning extra room for the kids to play then this backyard beauty is the one.
Get a hurry on young families, empty nesters and tradies, make the call to see 'The Style Sanctuary' before it's gone - you won't be disappointed!

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.
Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
