The Rolling Stones said it best: she's like a rainbow!
This is the brightest, happiest vibing home I've literally ever seen!
If you're like me you'll love it as it is, but if you do prefer the volume turned down a little bit then fear not, paint is only skin deep, and this home actually ticks a lot of the boxes you're likely looking to tick.
Here you will enjoy
• A renovated kitchen
• A renovated bathroom
• Multiple living areas
• Spacious and well-presented gardens
• Under cover parking
• And development potential too
This 3-bedroom home has been extended too, so it is bigger than the 1970's homes in this area typically are, and includes both a front and rear lounge, plus open plan kitchen with a stunning benchtop, separate dining area AND a study nook.
The 709 sqm block is zoned R25/40 so in addition to having some great development options, you could even explore the highly sought after "side-by-side retain and build development" This is the super rare set-up where you could potentially build a brand-new house with street frontage, adjacent to the existing house without wasted land on long drive-ways and battle-axe blocks. You will of course need to seek approval for this type of project.
This home is located in a very special part of Forrestfield where you are only a short distance from the foot of the hills, with access to some stunning bushwalks, secret places and the base of the great Lesmurdie Falls!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
