Set on about half an acre of land this extraordinary family home is all about big spaces, inside and out.
INSIDE
Do yourself a favour and check out the floor plan that is part of this photo carousel. We are talking about some serious space here.
This is the ultimate design for family living, with incredible living spaces and a massive kitchen, which is the highlight of this exceptionally functional design.
Family life always tends to centre on the kitchen as the central meeting point for everyone. This design is truly exceptional and has an incredible amount of workspace, unbeatable storage and brilliant functionality. Whilst it's a gigantic area, it hasn't lost the atmosphere that makes it feel like home. From the practical perspective, we are talking about a huge island bench, an enormous fridge recess and two pantries. The breakfast bar design allows people to hang around but not get in your way while you're working. The kitchen overlooks the meals area and this whole area works together harmoniously to create easy day-to-day usability.
There are three additional living areas: a big lounge at the front, the everyday family area, and a huge games room that opens out to the gigantic alfresco area. I know I keep saying how big it is, but I'm not labouring the point; you just can't describe the spaces without mentioning how flippin' big they are! There are high ceilings throughout most of the home, and that really adds to the bright, airy nature of the design.
The bedrooms are all of a terrific size, with the master bedroom standing out with the modern ensuite bathroom, ample storage and private courtyard. The secondary bedrooms are all huge and feature not just built-in robes, but walk-in robes. This really is the ultimate in family living for families of any age. There is a separate study, which would make a great nursery or work-from-home space if you need it.
Outside
The patio at the back of the home is truly outstanding. It is approximately 15 m x 6 m... 90sqm. We are looking at an entertaining area like no other. It is positioned alongside the beautiful below-ground pool and has been perfectly positioned to take in the best of the views across the valley and beyond. The lower portion of the property has been very well designed; it's a nice flat area that incorporates plenty of space for the kids to play as well as an easily managed garden.
There is great space around the property as well, with clever design work having already been undertaken within the existing landscaping. The engineered concrete driveway leaves from the top of the block to the double garage, as well as the shaded parking area for extra vehicles or trailers. There is great access along the side of the house. If you're looking to build a shed, there are a few options that you will see in more detail when you come and see the property in person.
WHERE IT IS
It's quite remarkable that you can find a home such as this, in such a beautiful location, with views like this, located so close to so much. While we have a great hills atmosphere in this property, you are still just a short drive to shops, restaurants, cafes, and even public transport. This is the ultimate family home in the ultimate family location.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape.
