THREE LEVELS OF MAGNIFICENT LIVING IN CLIFTON HILLS

This is an interesting house. Interesting and incredible.
This is a three-level home and, let me tell you, each level has something wonderful to offer. It is a three-level home with three great reasons to buy it. Location, Style and Value!

Where do we start when we have three levels to talk about?
Let's start in the middle because that's where you enter the home. From the entrance foyer you have the option to go up, to go down, or to go right. So, let's do that…

Hey, we're in the lounge room! This wonderful room is a great place to be. Look up at the raked ceiling and enjoy the sense of space this tremendous room offers. The lounge overlooks the front garden and it's a truly lovely space to be. We could hang around here, but we've got a downstairs and upstairs to see. Let's take the easy option and head on downstairs. We're now in the main living area and here we have a large kitchen with a breakfast bar design that causes this to be the center of every day activity. There is a meals area and a large family room at the back. On this level there is also what was in the old days a formal dining room but let's face it it's a Netflix kind of lifestyle most people have these days and chances are formal dining won't be high on the agenda. But what you're left with is a fantastic space, it's an activity room, or a study, or a smaller lounge room… you've got the space and the options are endless
Also on this level is the master bedroom with built-in robes, there is also a fabulous ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom opens out onto the patio and swimming area and pool area and really does have a tremendous retreat - like feel to it.

There's plenty to see down here, but now is the time to make our way to the top. Upstairs we have three bedrooms and the main bathroom all three of the bedrooms are of a good size and feature built-in robes one in particular is extra-large and being adjacent to the main bathroom is shorter be the one worth fighting for.
The bathroom has a bath/shower and whilst you're showering you can enjoy the view from the window but due to the positioning of the window the neighbors won't enjoy or experience the view of you.

The thing about this house is that it's had one owner and not just any owner; an owner who designed this house to suit their needs and designed it with care, lived in it with love and maintained it with pride.

Outside
Well, isn't this something special. As if the inside of this home was not enough to make you move, then the outside will be! Really designed for entertaining friends, family or just yourself this is such a great place to enjoy. Look at this pool, look at this lawn, look at these beautiful established gardens what an experience it would be to come home to this every single day.

WHERE IT IS
Clifton Hills is sought after for a lot of reasons. It's close to great schools, it's close to great cafés, it's close to great parks, there's public transport nearby, it's easy to get to major arterial roads, there's beautiful Bushland as the backdrop to your suburb. There are beautiful walk trails and the people are nice, but come and visit this area and you will see all of this but also realize that there's just a good feel to this place that makes you want to stay. Which is why the current owners have for so long. They built this house in 1978 and never even thought to go somewhere else. Why would you when you have such a brilliant home, in such a sensational location, with so much to offer them for all these years. It's come time for them to downsize now and move on to the next chapter of life. If you're looking for a home that feels like a home then you really need to see this house.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
