When quality meets the Coast.

What we love
The unrivalled modern luxury that awaits this stunning 4 bedroom 2 bathroom two-storey home graced by high-end fittings and fixtures throughout – including a lift – in a dream coastal location only a few doors down from the beach and the popular Hamersley Pool. The heart and soul of the floor plan here is a spacious open-plan family, dining and kitchen area where sparkling stone bench tops, double sinks and a breakfast bar for casual meals meet gas-cooktop, double-oven, range-hood and dishwasher appliances, as well as sleek white cabinetry and seamless outdoor access (via glass bi-fold doors) to a private rear entertaining alfresco that overlooks the shimmering below-ground swimming pool with its impressive stainless-steel barbecue and very own range hood. Upstairs, the ocean views are awesome from a large front balcony that flows directly off the massive games/entertainment room with a built-in bar and soaring high cathedral-style ceilings.

The sumptuous master suite is a bedroom of epic proportions, with ample “his and hers” build-in wardrobe space complementing a spectacularly-spacious ensuite bathroom comprising of twin vanities, a free-standing bathtub and frosted-glass doors to the separate shower and toilet areas. The other bedrooms have either built-in or walk-in robes and are serviced by a contemporary main bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Secure gates to the driveway and front yard will afford you peace of mind whilst also enclosing a potential play area for the kids.

What to know
The double lock-up garage has room for additional cars to park either side of the main driveway gate. This property’s impeccable attention-to-detail should not be underestimated, either. Extras include solid wooden floorboards, a double fridge/freezer recess in the kitchen, a wok burner, sink and fridges spaces to the outdoor kitchen/barbecue, solar-power panels, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fans, feature down lighting, feature skirting and decorative ceiling cornices.

Stroll to Tom’s Italian or fish and chips at North Beach Plaza around the corner whilst indulging in a very close proximity to Flora Terrace’s vibrant food, coffee and boutique shopping strip, bus stops, North Beach Primary School, Our Lady of Grace Primary School, Star Swamp’s majestic bushland reserve walking trails, the recently-upgraded Charles Riley Memorial Reserve playing fields, Trigg Point, public and private golf courses, the exciting Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, the freeway, other top educational facilities and more. What a location and lifestyle package this is. Sometimes, only the best will do!

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
