The meals area is opposite and then the open-plan family room with easy care floating floor in a stunning light timber look, with a ceiling fan for summer and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning giving you year-round comfort.

Off the living area through double doors, is the second bedroom making it ideal as a study, craft room, or guest room. While the master bedroom is a general size room with built-in robes, a ceiling fan, and easy access to the bathroom opposite.

The bathroom has separate shower and a bath with handrails already built-in making it easy assessable. And finally, the laundry, with toilet and easy access to the outside of the home where a clothesline sits just opposite the door.

At the rear of the home an alfresco, giving you a place to sit and relax in the afternoon.
