THE APARTMENT
Here at "Neptune Apartments", you are able to hear the sounds of the waves crashing against the nearby shore - especially from the secure and enviable top-floor position of stylish and modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that also allows the sensual sea breezes to filter in and cool things down in the heat of summer.
The privacy and security of this funky pad should not be underestimated either, as you take the lift up to Level Two and pack your surfboard away in your lock-up storeroom, right beside your apartment's front door. As you step through your welcoming open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, you will be tempted to head straight for the rear balcony where the proportions are generous and the alfresco-style outdoor entertaining is both peaceful and protected.
The under-cover parking is also secure, with a remote-controlled access gate off Lawley Street revealing two allocated car bays in a safe, garage-style setup. There is plenty of street parking for your guests and visitors, too.
Honestly, you won't have to worry about a thing, here. It really is the definition of lock-up-and-leave.

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.
Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
