Two dazzling townhouses taken, one left!
These 3 residences are brand spanking new and ready to move into. Architecturally designed and out-of-this-world beautiful, they maximise their already generous lot sizes without being high maintenance. Which is a bit magical, really. The sleek, contemporary layouts featuring big windows – including internal ones – and voids between the ground and upper floors create a sense of openness with light and space in abundance. Plus, the living areas open to the outdoor entertaining areas to usher in some fresh air and sweet birdsong, while offering even more room for hosting loved ones. And then, once those sparkling social hours are over, you’ll appreciate the retreat vibes of the upper floors. The layouts vary depending on your townhouse of choice, but all 3 have well-sized, elegant bedrooms plus living space and 2 bathrooms upstairs, so you can feel comfortably secluded whether you’re enjoying a sleep-in, indulging in a movie or book, or luxuriating in a soak in the bathtub. Whatever your leisure activity of choice, you’re sure to feel radiant and re-energised in no time, and ready to show off your snazzy abode to friends once again. And who could blame you?
Step out the door, and you’ll be positively beaming with happiness when you discover just how close you are to the Saturday morning farmers markets (1.7km), Mt Hawthorn social precinct (1.3km), and local dog walking hotspot Les Lilleyman Reserve (700m). And of course, there are incredible food and drink options in all directions and catering to all tastes. There’s the Pirate Bar (350m) for a quirky, themed evening out, the Charles Hotel (800m) for live music, Marco’s Organic Pizza and Little Lebanon (700m) for delicious dinners, and all manner of cafes to sample. There’s plenty more slightly further afield - simply hop a bus or take an Uber into the city, Mt Lawley, Subi, or out to the coast. But given that some of the finest spots in Perth are in your neighbourhood, and with such a glorious townhouse to call your own, why would you want to be anywhere else?
Psst – they're also located in the optional intake area for Bob Hawke College (6.0km).

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
Joondanna contains a number of small shops to cater for daily grocery needs. The largest park within the region surrounds the water tower on Roberts Street and Albert James Park also provides for passive recreation. Joondanna also contains a primary school and a home for seniors.
