This architecturally designed family home oozes character, charm and a sense of warmth that resinates throughout the property which has been well cared for by the original owners who are now ready to hand over the mantle for the next lucky family to treasure.
This home was designed to capture the space of a very generous 796m2 lot located at the helm of a quiet cul-de-sac in such a convenient location with schools, parks, transport and shops within walking distance.
ITS BIG, over 300m2 under the main roof and featuring a massive games room that would even swallow the biggest of family functions (or even a full size billiard table for dad). The home offers four bedrooms, multiple living areas and the bonus of a below ground swimming pool ready for this summer.
