Paul Brown is proud to present this elevated corner block home within this premium Woodvale estate.
Built in 2019, this wonderful home offers privacy, and resort-inspired living - all wrapped within a beautifully landscaped, low-maintenance setting directly connected to the extraordinary Yellagonga Park.
Set on approximately 403sqm, this home has been intelligently designed to maximise every square metre. Complete with four Bedrooms, two Bathrooms, Theatre Room, and Study/Activity Room.
At the centre of the home, expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas seamlessly connect with the alfresco entertaining zone, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle ideal for both families and downsizers alike.
The kitchen has been designed as both a practical workspace and statement feature - complete with stone benchtops, quality appliances and a striking black mirrored splashback that beautifully reflects natural light while adding sophistication and depth to the space.
Large sliding doors extend the living areas outward to the alfresco entertaining zone, enhanced with cafe-style outdoor blinds for year-round entertaining and additional privacy. The surrounding landscaping further elevates the experience, with mature planting, layered greenery and carefully softened boundaries creating a calming "green sanctuary" feel throughout the home.
A standout feature is the privately positioned master retreat located at the very rear of the residence. Spacious and peacefully separated from the secondary bedrooms, it enjoys its own tranquil atmosphere with a spa zone framed by bamboo-style screening, creating a distinctly zen, resort-inspired environment.} Combined with the generous ensuite and serene outlook, the space feels more like a luxury retreat than simply a bedroom.
