Family Perfection In Quiet Cul-De-Sac

This brilliant family home promises style and space combined with a convenient and enviable lifestyle. Set on a 602sqm lot, in the bowl of the cul-de sac, you are in a fantastic quiet location in one of Maida Vale’s best pockets within 25 minutes from Perth CBD and 15 minutes to Airports.

As soon as you enter you will immediately be in awe of the incredible proportions throughout. The floor plan is expansive to say the least, featuring four excellent-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate living area that could also serve as a home office for those working from home. A spacious, open plan living, dining area is home to a family-sized kitchen.

The master bedroom is generous in size and is complete with a walk-in robe and ensuite. The three remaining queen-sized bedrooms are situated on the opposing side of the home and 2 of them have built in robes. They share the use of a family bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

Wander through to the open plan family and dining room. A well-equipped kitchen overlooks this space, and the entire room is filled with natural light courtesy of large windows and glass sliding doors. The kitchen features gas cook top, stainless steel appliances and a pantry. It also has a breakfast bar for informal family dining.
Sliding glass doors lead the kitchen and living spaces to the beautifully presented undercover alfresco providing a seamless connection with the outdoors and creates a lovely tropical ambience. The children will love the grassed area with plenty of room to play. A gated side access with room for the boat/caravan and a garden shed top the outdoors off.

Finished with a neutral, modern colour palette, with quality finishes and fixtures, there's not much more you could possibly want, it has it all!
With nothing to do but simply move in and drop your bags, you will need to be quick to be the next lucky owner of this lovely home.

Maida Vale overview

This area was first settled in 1873 by William Henry Mead. He built a home in the Ridge Hill area, and established an orchard named "Orangedale". The name of Maida Vale was chosen as the district name by a public meeting of local residents in 1910, and comes from the property name of another early settler, Mr W H McCormack. It is assumed that the name was derived from that of the west London suburb of this name, which in turn is named after Maida (S. Pietro di Maida) in Calabria, Italy. The British Army defeated the French there in 1806, and in commemoration of the victory Maida Hall and Maida Vale were named.

Life in Maida Vale

Within the suburb there is a primary school, Maida Vale Primary School, a golf course, numerous parks/ovals, small shops, and a heated swimming pool. Maida Vale retains areas of natural bushland and is not completely built-up with housing.
