Located in a quiet cul-de-sac approx. 600m to the town centre and similar distance to the beach, this beautifully presented "down south" style rammed earth home sits on a now hard to find 700sqm lot.
Built by an award-winning builder and lovingly cared for by the original owners, the spacious home is constructed of rammed earth external walls which gives you incredible insulation in all seasons and lightly rendered low maintenance brick internal walls.
The three bedrooms are all generous in size and contain built-in double robes. All have excellent natural light and are serviced by a central bathroom with basin vanity, shower and bath.
There is a second living area which is currently set up as another bedroom for any extra guests.
You will be delighted by the open plan living area which has very high cathedral ceilings, living and dining areas and a kitchen with plenty of cupboards and a good size pantry, which are all solid timber and more bench space than you will possibly need. Light floods in through the many windows which have been designed to allow for the warmth and sunlight in the winter months. The room has a large Kent slow combustion wood heater, guaranteeing that you will be very comfortable on a winter's night.
The carport gives you plenty of undercover parking and extensive brick paving allows for the parking of boats, trailers and a caravan.
Verandahs at the front and rear of the residence give shelter in all seasons and the rear patio with its northerly facing aspect is ideal for outside entertaining or just relaxing.
The natural native gardens are lush and shady, keeping the property very cool during the heat of the summer months. Fruit trees include a good size fig, lime, plum, nectarine, apricot, almond and olive tree.
The property would make a comfortable family home and would be ideal as a holiday home or short stay rental.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
