Style, sophistication and seclusion all in one.

What we love
Is the private rear position, coupled with a prime location within a parkside cul-de-sac that is already whisper-quiet and sits only minutes away from a glorious stretch of surf and sand between Trigg Beach and the wonderful Hillarys Boat Harbour. This stylish and modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on a low-maintenance 287sqm (approx.) block defines low-maintenance coastal living and boasts an open-plan family, dining and kitchen area downstairs that is beautifully tiled and comes complete with custom built-in under-stair cabinetry, sparkling stone bench tops, a breakfast bar for casual meals, a water-filter tap, glass splashbacks, a stainless-steel dishwasher, an integrated range hood, gas cooktop and oven.

The sumptuous master-bedroom suite is the pick of the sleeping quarters on the lower level with its ample built-in-wardrobe space and stunning fully-tiled ensuite bathroom – free-standing bathtub, separate shower, charming vanity, toilet and all. Upstairs, the other minor bedrooms with built-in wardrobes are separated by a central lounge room or retreat – all carpeted for complete comfort, too – as well as a well-equipped main family bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, vanity and toilet. Out back, an intimate verandah deck underneath the louvers off the family room is the perfect place to sit and relax, overlooking lush green lawns in the yard.

What to know
The carpeted master suite enjoys sliding-door access directly out to the backyard, whilst the separate laundry features a storage press, extra cupboard space and its own door opening out to the rear. Extras include a single lock-up garage, a bonus single carport, ducted air-conditioning, profile doors, feature ceiling cornices, skirting boards, down lights and an instantaneous gas hot-water system.

Only walking distance separates your front doorstep from the Hamersley Public Golf Course, the “Class A” Star Swamp Bushland Reserve, bus stops and quality community sporting facilities at the revamped Charles Riley Memorial Reserve, whilst the likes of North Beach Primary School, Our Lady of Grace Primary School, North Beach Shopping Centre and seaside cafes and restaurants are also within arm’s reach. Throw in a very close proximity to the local tennis and bowling clubs, the iconic Mettams Pool, the exciting Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, the prestigious Lake Karrinyup Country Club, new-look Scarborough Beach, St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School, the freeway, Stirling Train Station and other top educational facilities and you have yourself a location you can call home for many years to come. What a lifestyle!

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
