Property's within this estate do not come on the market very often and when you see a home of this quality that blends in beautifully with the semi-rural setting with a design that captures stunning Coastal views that extend up the coast to the Sandpatch, Murchison River, Kalbarri townsite and beyond and creates a harmonious connection with nature, well have I got your attention yet?
The classic Australian design offers a charming alfresco area that is a platform showcasing the views on offer that is perfect for relaxing and taking in the country air, or for entertaining. In fact, the whole home provides a peaceful and serene environment where you will easily feel at home in the natural surroundings that are an ever changing living picture.
With a land area of 1.18ha the owners have done the hard yards for you with extensive low-maintenance garden beds plus 10 varieties of established fruit trees and vegetable patch, not to mention the native tree’s thoughtfully planted throughout the property, all fully reticulated and the Bore to 100 metres combined with 3 x 23,000 litre water tanks means water is not a problem, did I mention the property is fully fenced with treated pine posts, ringlock fencing that is vermin proof as well. With a 6.5kw Solar system your environment impact is reduced and you are another step closer to being fully self sufficient.
Things you should know:
The North facing Kitchen/Dining area gives access to the alfresco area with views up the coast to town and the bush hinterland, the Gourmet kitchen features 5 Burner gas cooktop with a gas oven, built in pantry and Granite benchtops. The dining area is a generous size with vaulted ceilings and dual access to the deck/verandah and alfresco.
The master bedroom is separate to the 2 minor bedrooms by the Lounge/theatre room that also has vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is huge with new carpets, walk in robe, new en-suite that is tiled to the ceiling and Cyclone shutters to the window that overlooks a private garden.
The dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, bedroom (all North facing windows) have cyclone rated shutters, the lounge and bedroom 3 have standard shutters.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have built in Robes, new carpet and are separated by the bathroom and Laundry. The laundry has plenty of storage plus a verandah runs along the Western side of the house with a 2500 litre water tank for drinking water.
Did I mention there is new, ducted, reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout?
The double garage offers direct access inside and the addition of a store room for the special toys or hobbyist shows how well thought out this design is. Combined with the 11x7x3m insulated shed (with 2 Cyclone Roller doors) means your storage needs are well catered for.
This double brick and Iron home was originally constructed in 2008, Cyclone repairs have now been completed to current standards and much of this home is new. With genuine reasons for selling the owners have put a lot of time, hard work and love into this property and it shows.

Track this property
Track propertyKalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.
The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
