Every once in a while, an extra special property comes along that not only provides an opportunity to purchase a beautiful home, but along with that a complete change in lifestyle. Mere steps from your front door are lush green grounds and the coveted rivers edge of the Peninsula. A short stroll takes you to the new coffee shop that is quickly becoming a community hot spot. You can enjoy your coffee out the front while greeting the locals who will warmly welcome you, or you can take it back to your home and savor it on one of two balconies, all while enjoying the peaceful view.
Internally the property has undergone a contemporary renovation with clean, crisp details allowing for relaxed living. The generous open plan living area will quickly become the heart of the home and warm evenings can be spent sipping cocktails on your private 'tiki bar'. The two bedrooms are a sanctuary to retreat to with a well-appointed walk-in robe to the master. The bathroom is a brilliant example of modern design and offers a neatly concealed laundry with abundant storage.
A bicycle path and walkway is just 10 meters from your front door and meanders along the foreshore, past the tennis courts and golf course, the kids water playground and back again.
From the contemporary renovation, to the walk everywhere lifestyle and storybook natural setting, this home ticks boxes for everyone from first homebuyers and downsizers to investors.
As we anticipate a busy home open and the visitor bays may be full, please find parking in one of the carparks located on either Bath St or the Peninsula Farm car park. You can make your way to the property along the river's edge and there will be signs guiding you.
All offers will be presented at 4pm Tuesday 26th September and the vendor reserves the right to sell prior. Please contact Tini Mincher for the full contract and all pre-disclosure information.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
