HIGH END LUXURY – LOW END MAINTENANCE

In 2012 Scott Park Homes completed this spectacular display home in Treendale, Australind. With other large project builders doing the same, the pressure was on to bedazzle potential customers with a showcase of luxury features, modern design and quality craftmanship.

The first owners of this incredible property now offer their pride and joy for sale to buyers who seek the luxury of a premium home and also the benefits of a low maintenance but spectacular outdoor area and garden. It’s an entertainers paradise with multiple areas to host your guests.

Today the house still presents as it first did, in showroom condition. Stepping inside the front door, eyes are drawn to the coffered ceiling in the hallway with timber inlays that compliment the blackbutt modular flooring that stretches throughout the house.

There is a spacious front living area to the right of the hallway that offers a sign of things to come. Stepped cornicing, high ceilings with premium lighting, quality window dressings and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning.

At the end of the hallway there is a generous study on the left that transitions you from the garage to the house itself and the kitchen that is situated in the centre of the home. It’s here that you truly appreciate the extra effort and sizable budget that went into the building of this home.

The massive island kitchen bench has storage on both sides, as well as accommodating the brand new dishwasher and dual kitchen sinks complete with a filtered water outlet. When you’re hosting your appreciative guests, you have the benefit of two under bench ovens to utilise. Sitting atop is the large induction hotplate and above that, a stylish rangehood. The storage space in the kitchen is enormous, and the stylish colours and design are simply brilliant.

The adjoining dining and family living areas are extra size, and account for a large slice of the 241 sqm of living area inside the home. Corner sliding and stacking glass doors are a feature of this area and when fully opened allow the stunning alfresco area to form part of the entertaining area. The recessed and timber lined ceiling in the alfresco sets of this area, and being fully enclosed with flywire doors and panels, you’ll never want to leave!

The master suite continues the luxurious theme, it has a resort style appearance and feel. The ensuite boasts dual vanities, one on either side as you walk in. There is an oversize shower plus separate water closet. The walk-in robe is as large as you could hope for, plenty of room for storage and fitment of your garments.

The three minor bedrooms are full size and boast double sliding door robes and beautiful window dressings. This zone of the house features a generous activity area, stylish second bathroom with large bath and separate shower. The huge linen cupboards are in the hallway leading into the decked-out laundry, a functional yet typically attractive area of the home.

The outdoor areas of this property are set out to perfection, with numerous areas to sit and relax, perhaps share a coffee with friends. It’s a great blend of shade and shelter while allowing the sun to filter through and service the plants. The fabulous 9m x 4 m workshop is powered and as clean as the house! The outdoor gabled patios, being extra height, offer great protection during winter months but allow the elements to escape during warmer months. The side access to the house is terrific with gates that ensure security but will open wide to allow you to easily store your boats, caravans etc. safely inside the boundary fence.

Other terrific features include
• 6.6 KW solar panels
• Exposed aggregate driveway
• Translucent remote controlled garage door
• All garden beds are serviced by reticulated irrigation that is automatically controlled.
