Stunning Low-Maintenance Home on a Spacious 1012sqm Quarter Acre Block

Here's your opportunity to secure a beautiful property in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the Pinjarra town centre, shopping and amenities, as well as a nearby boat ramp.

Built in September 2020, this immaculate 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home combines modern comfort, stylish design, and a tranquil lifestyle in an enviable location.
The home is set on a generous, flat, and symmetrical 1012sqm block, boasting a wide 20.2-metre north-facing frontage with picturesque views of cleared pastures from your front lounge.

The house features a contemporary open-plan layout with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area, filling the space with natural light. The kitchen is a chef's dream with stone benchtops, overhead cupboards, soft-close pull-out drawers, and an extra-large oven, while the cleverly designed fridge recess includes a tap for water and ice.

Both bathrooms are finished to a high standard, with floor-to-ceiling tiles, upgraded cabinetry, and an extra-large bathtub in the main bathroom. The ensuite offers a luxurious double shower with two shower heads. The home's comfort is enhanced by a reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system, which is zoned and can be controlled via an app, upgraded insulation, and two wood fireplaces-one inside and one outside for cosy evenings.

The exterior is just as impressive, featuring a welcoming verandah, a built-in BBQ with a sink, and a spacious backyard with plenty of room for a pool. The property is also perfect for those who need extra storage or space for their hobbies, with an extended garage, and a double gate with side access for trailers, boats, or caravans.

The garden includes a wide variety of fruit trees, including apples, bananas, nectarines, pears, cherries, citrus fruits, passionfruit and dragon fruit. A stable or chicken coop adds further charm and practicality. For your convenience, the home comes with a turn-key John Deere ride-on lawn mower.

Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully designed, from the live-edge jarrah bar with working taps to the patterned doors, push-button light switches, and soft-close cabinetry throughout. The property offers the perfect balance of functionality, luxury, and low-maintenance living, all in a prime location.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to enjoy a peaceful lifestyle in a modern, move-in-ready home with everything you could wish for.

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
