This home is a winning combination of function, space, charm and location.
Behind the picket fence you will find a family home with a one-off design that will suit the needs of almost any family. Wander along the brick path of the shady front garden and into the original section of this circa 1930 home. Two large rooms sit either side of the entry. The master bedroom with ensuite and large walk in wardrobe and a second bedroom. Why not make the second room a parent's retreat or a formal lounge?
With the large extension added to the original home, it now offers three bathrooms, three toilets, two living areas, four bedrooms, a study and an extra-large laundry. There is space, space and more space! Look at the enormous living room.
Outside, the side lane way ensures that access to the 1553 square meter block is a breeze and there is plenty of space for a new shed, additional parking or just a fantastic family play area.

The townsite of Narrogin is located in the great southern agricultural region, 192 km south east of Perth and 32 km east north east of Williams. It is located on the Great Southern Railway, and when this line was opened in 1889, Narrogin was one of the original stopping places. The railway line was a private line, and the Company that built the line declared a private townsite here in 1891. The railway was purchased by the Government in 1896, and in 1897 Narrogin was gazetted as a government townsite.
Narrogin is an Aboriginal name, having been first recorded as "Narroging" for a pool in this area in 1869. The meaning of the name is uncertain, various sources recording it as "bat camp", "plenty of everything" or derived from "gnargagin" which means "place of water".
