BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH GREAT LIVING SPACES

This beautifully presented three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is really quite a special place to be. Designed for maximum living space it has three bedrooms but also has FOUR living areas. That's right we have the main kitchen/family room/ meals are. We have the games room. We have the activity room/ study and we have the beautiful front lounge room.

This place is extremely livable. The kitchen and family area are central to the home. The kitchen overlooks the meals area and family room and there is plenty of space to work with in this part of the home. The games room is at the back of that space.

All of these spaces are excellent, and the flow of this design really works. Check out the floor plan, check out the photos but most importantly come and check out this house for yourself and you will see what I mean when you get here.

The bedrooms are all a good size and the master bedroom features ample storage and a terrific ensuite bathroom.

OUTSIDE
There is a very large patio with a gabled roof, there is heaps of space for entertaining and the low maintenance yard can stay low maintenance or you can plant it and enhance it further and make it a truly wonderful space. There is nothing you need to do in this property but if you want to, there is plenty you can do.

WHERE IT IS
If you've got kids it's incredibly close to the Kelmscott Senior High School. It's down toward the agricultural section of this excellent high school so don't be surprised if you occasionally hear a "moo" or a "baa" in the middle of suburbia. It's remarkably close to public transport and as the Kelmscott revitalisation takes shape, the Kelmscott town centre with all its many offerings is even more integrated than ever before into this great area.
It is a cul-de-sac street and from my experience down here it is a friendly neighbourhood.

Kelmscott overview

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
