With all the features you want and more. So much more! Owners have done everything they wanted to their "forever home", In fact have spent over $1,000,000 in getting it right... But it is time to dowsize!!

14 Bayley Close, Australind is such a home! A lifestyle block in the heart of suburbia, but in a sought after elevated street of half acre blocks, containing a select few amazing homes!

Owners have loved creating their dream home, and have enjoyed every painstaking step in creating this private, sanctuary lifestyle property but now they yearn for the nomad life, so your chance to inherit the peace and tranquillity this home provides, has arisen.

From the front the home seems like any other stylish home... But dare to walk through the front doors, this home will have you wanting to move in!

From the spacious entry walk through where the vaulted ceiling draws your eyes upwards, and through to the wall of windows, overlooking the huge deck and the views over Australind and the hills in the distance...

Easy care quality vinyl plank flooring flows throughout.. A stunning contrast to the vibrant kitchen, an amazing space! Room for the whole family to come together entertain and prepare meals with ease, while still being able to socialize with your guests.
The stone bench tops flow through, so many drawers, so much storage and the huge walk in pantry is sure to impress.

Wrapped quietly behind the kitchen is the den, with its quirky wall paper design, that could easily be used as a theatre or even another bedroom if you needed!

On the far side of the home you will find the bedrooms. The master suite feels like your walking into a luxury resort where stunning curtains line the window and allow a sneak peak of the outlook. With spacious walk-in dressing room, then through to the stylish ensuite in stunning black tones, with under floor heating, the floating vanity is feature on its own with twin tear drop shaped basins, large double shower and separate w/c. There is even a door out to the deck, so that every morning can feel like your on holiday!

The second bedroom is over 4 metres long, just like all the rooms in this home, so much space, and it has double sliding robes of course.

The next part of this home was designed specifically for the owners. Instead of bedroom 3 & 4, a large games room/theatre with all the frills, surround sound, Sony projector and screen... and because it wont fit in the camper trailer when they go - it all stays! ...

But for those wanting a third and fourth bedroom, very easily done and sellers will do if requested prior to settlement!

Then the amazing main bathroom with a double motor spa, and room for 2! The natural stone look tiling is just divine!

But where is the laundry I hear you ask, well its off the entrance, you wouldn't even know, so come direct into the house from your double garage and its there, with full bench all through, overhead cupboards. So much storage!

Now lets get to the seriously amazing part of this home... walk out from any of the rear facing rooms, the expansive deck that wraps around the rear of the home invites you out! Looking over Leschenault Catholic Primary, the trees in the distance, the hills, and just space that abounds everywhere you look!

The gabled feature follows the lined cathedral ceiling from inside, stainless steel and wire balustrade to not obstruct the view.

The huge Gazebo, with the same matching decking holds a massive spa with quality glass fencing.

To the left of the home, hidden under shady trees, meandering brick pathways through easy care gardens and aquaponic ponds... Just another little retreat area this home has so many of!

On the right hand side of the home a fully paved fire pit area, which is the perfect vantage point for sunsets.

And even room at the rear for a workshop, if you wanted one!
The 2 resident Fur baby's, have the full run of the fully fenced yard.

But I have to stop, come and see for yourself, the discerning buyer will see the quality and convenience that lies within this extraordinary 1848m2 block.
