SOLD - Mint Condition!

This is it! This 2015 built townhouse has never before been lived in and is sold as new, which means it qualifies for the $10,000 first homeowners grant.

Number 14 is the very last available in a set of elite townhouses in this secure complex and has been held tightly by the owner developer for years. It has never been sold and never been rented so for all intents and purposes this is a brand new home, and it is probably the best of the bunch, with an absolutely exquisite kitchen.

No expense has been spared, and no corners were cut when these townhouses were created. One big difference with this home when compared with a lower quality townhouse build, is that the upper floor is brick on a solid concrete pad, so sound insulation is maximised both between the two levels, as well as between the neighbouring homes.

The ground floor features bright and spacious open plan living with LED downlights, a massive kitchen with vast bench space and an abundance of storage, as well as a potential serving window if you are entertaining outside. The ground floor also has a 3rd toilet off the laundry and a Harry Potter storage room under the stairs, as well as a High Clearance garage with extra storage room.

Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms and two stunning bathrooms, as well as a study nook or reading corner, and views to the hills!

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
