Big Block Equals Great Opportunity

As we all know the great Aussie back garden is becoming smaller and smaller. Having an opportunity to purchase a home that has so much space in the this price range is becoming less and less frequent.

Lets be honest the house needs work if you are planning to renovate but this home doesn't hide anything. If you want to gut the home renovate and extend, then you could be enjoying a great family home without going through the building process.

However if you are set on building a brand new home then WOW what an opportunity! Due to the huge 19.2m frontage you could practically build any design you want. You wouldn't have to worry about setbacks taking up to much of your block or trying to modify a design you love to try and squeeze it onto your block.

This really is a great opportunity to purchase 787sqm of prime Myaree Real Estate and build get the home of your dreams and still have room out the back to have a pool, kick a footy and a large entertaining area for all oyur social gatherings.

I think you get the point by now, this is a great buy that you don't want to let slip by.

Myaree overview

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.
