This is a classic! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fantastic living space, all set on 997sqm of great, big, brilliant yard space. There's so much to love about this character-filled family home.
INSIDE
The main living space features beautiful original timber floorboards. With high ceilings, a lovely atmosphere and plenty of practical options for how you can configure this part of the home it's a great space to work with.
The bedrooms are of a terrific size, with heaps of room for larger furniture styles. The floor plan shows you just how practical this setup really is. We've got a separate study, meaning the bedrooms are the bedrooms and you're not pinching space or repurposing another room for another purpose. It's actually a home with many extra spaces because we've got the sleepout as well as a separate studio with a storage room. This is very convenient, and there are so many options for how you can configure this home to suit your life.
OUTSIDE
The home is positioned well back from the road, giving this classic style so distinctive character and appeal. It stands proudly with real appeal from the road. There's plenty of parking space, and the carport leads through to the big backyard. It's a 997sqm block, which is a very hard thing to find these days. Proper space!

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
