$10,000 grant available to first homebuyers available.
Nothing beats brand new! Private. Pristine. Perfection. The new smell, the untouched feel, completely fresh and ready to be your first home. The year is 2020, and 12a Mallow way is zero years old and only just getting started - with many happy decades ahead for this beautiful home and its lucky new owners. Prime positioning to make your mark and enter the Forrestfield real estate market.
Plus the location is really cool too. Huge upgrades are planned for the nearby bushland (only 65 metres away). Views to the Kalamunda Hills are visible from the master bedroom window for a truly inspiring start to your day. And 12a Mallow Way is also only 500 metres walking distance from the bustling heart of Forrestfield which has doctors, shopping facilities, eateries, library and much more.
Some interesting points to note: The backyard area here is surprisingly big for a rear home, and elevated too! And while the fences do need to be upgraded down the track, we've had quotes at around $2.5k so a very easy install is only a phone call away. The garage is extra high, so big wheels and roof racks are welcome! The design is well thought out with the independent parents wing separate (but not too far) from the other two good sized bedrooms.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
